My 1 to 1 Coaching Programs
These are bespoke programs which are tailored to your individual needs to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
It's important to know that change is a process. This is not an overnight, magical fix. That's why I work with clients on my 1 to 1 program for a minimum of 6 sessions.
My 3 month Coaching Program includes:
An initial 30 minute coaching conversation
A focussed pre coaching questionnaire
1 x 90 min deep dive personal coaching session
5 x 1 hour personal coaching sessions
Unlimited email support in between sessions
A post coaching review
For a deeper level of transformation, my 5 month coaching programme includes:
10 fortnightly coaching sessions over a 5 month period and all of the above.
Individual coaching sessions
Please note that one off sessions are not recommended as it takes time to see impactful change, however if you would like to book one session for a taster, then please contact me to discuss this.
